Thirteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time
For a Church which abides in solidarity with our poor, outcast and bullied.
We pray to the Lord.
For our world,
May we embrace the value of community,
Bearing one another’s burden and sharing each other’s joy.
We pray to the Lord.
For an end to sexism and misogyny,
May the voices of women be heard and respected,
And may they live in dignity, with equality.
We pray to the Lord.
For food for our hungry,
Fair employment for those seeking work,
And health care for all people.
We pray to the Lord.
For victims of human trafficking and domestic violence,
For healing of body, mind and spirit.
We pray to the Lord.
For caregivers, nurses, physicians, EMTs
and all who care for our sisters and brothers in their illness.
We pray to the Lord.
For all who have died,

May they live in the peace of Christ.
