For our Church
Form us as people of mercy and compassion,
abiding in your sanctifying love,
We pray to the Lord.
For a world of peace with justice,
We pray to the Lord.
For healing,
Of bodies
Of minds
Of hearts
Of relationships,
We pray to the Lord.
For openness
To change
To growth
To your will this Lent.
We pray to the Lord.
For ears to hear the gospel anew,
the wisdom to believe in it,
and the courage to embrace it,
We pray to the Lord.
For all we bring to prayer this day,
We pray to the Lord.
For all who have died (insert names)
May they live forever in your kingdom,
We pray to the Lord.
