Blest be the Church of Jesus Christ.
May we boldly proclaim the truth of the gospel.
We pray to the Lord.
Blest be our sisters and brothers ravaged by war and terrorism.
May they know peace, food and shelter.
We reman mindful of all in Sudan, Ukraine, Gaza and throughout the Holy Land.
We pray to the Lord.
Blest be all whose lives are saturated with hatred and violence.
May they experience conversion.
We pray to the Lord.
Blest be peacemakers and all who work for justice.
May their labors yield a fruitful harvest.
We pray to the Lord.
Blest be those who console the mourning, visit the sick
and care for the infirmed.
May serenity and patience fill their hearts.
We pray to the Lord.
Blest be our brothers and sisters in Haiti,
at our shelters and warming centers,
and all who this day struggle with hunger, clean water or housing.
May they live in safety, warmth and hope.
We pray to the Lord.
Blest be the dead,
