Twentieth Sunday in Ordinary Time
In Wisdom made perfect,
may the Church dine with truth and live in justice.
We pray to the Lord.
With compassion and authority,
May world leaders share our abundance of food,
End oppression and domination
And create a passion for peace.
We pray to the Lord.
Bring healing and protection to victims of abuse, violence, war and disaster,
We remain mindful of our sisters and brothers in Ukraine and the Holy Land.
We pray to the Lord.
In integrity of heart,
Guide us to forsake foolishness and embrace the joy of the Gospel.
We pray to the Lord.
For safety of travelers and pilgrims,
For solace in time of depression or mourning,
For refugees, immigrants and all who seek a safe homeland.
We pray to the Lord.
In the joy of the Holy Spirit,
Open our hearts to sing, to play,
to offer you songs of thanksgiving and praise
always and for everything.
We pray to the Lord.
For (Insert Names)
And all who ate the bread of life.
May they live forever in the Kingdom of Heaven.
We pray to the Lord.
