you came into the world heralding the Reign of God.
Renew your church,
that your disciples may continue your mission in holiness.

and consolation for those troubled in body, mind or spirit.

let your justice roll down upon the earth.

Good Shepherd,
you were born into poverty.
Comfort our poor and refugees.
Transform hearts and policies that are turned against them.
We pray to the Lord.
Wondrous Light,
illuminate truth and eradicate bigotry and hatred.
May people of every race, language and way of life
experience acceptance and love.

Word of God,
speak gently to hearts that are hurting,
sing tenderly to those who mourn,
challenge the proud, heal the sick,
fill us with your grace.
We pray to the Lord.
Prince of Peace,
establish peace among families
among enemies,
among nations,
in ourselves.
We pray to the Lord.
Eternal Lord,
