Christ our King,
guide your Church,
that your kingdom may come and will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
We pray to the Lord.
King of Peace,
exile leaders of war, heralds of violence,
and all who seek to govern by dominating or oppressing others.
May your kingdom of peace reign.

Sovereign King,
as we gather to give you thanks this Thursday,
open our hearts and stubborn wills,
that we may work for food for our hungry,
safety for the vulnerable, and
justice for the for all people, of all races, religions, nations and ways of life.

All – Mighty King,
humble the proud, guide the lost,
break down walls of fear and jealousy.
Send your mercy and your righteousness upon us all.
We pray to the Lord.
Shepherd King,
guide our catechumens and candidates on their journey.
Bring them ever closer to you.
We pray to the Lord.
King of heaven and earth,
Draw near to immigrants, prisoners, the unemployed,
all without housing or hope.
We pray to the Lord.
Christ the King, firstborn of the dead,

and all who have died into the glory of your resurrection.
