Fourteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time

In reconciliation, mercy, and hope,
may the Church unceasingly proclaim the Reign of God in our world.
We pray to the Lord.

May hearts and borders be open to refugees, immigrants
and all those yearning to breathe free
We pray to the Lord.

With integrity and good will,
May heads of state, legislators, judges and all in public office,
Strive to bring liberty and justice to all.
We pray to the Lord.

May our world respect life,
Of every faith, of every language, of every country,
Of all ways of life.
We pray to the Lord.

For missionaries,
Around the world and in our midst.
We pray to the Lord.

For hope in spirit, for honesty in speech, for generosity in action,
For lives in service to the common good.
We pray to the Lord.

For our beloved dead,
For all who offer their lives for liberty and justice,
