Fifteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time

For a church filled with courage, wisdom and compassion.
We pray to the Lord.

For a world where strangers and refugees receive hospitality,
where the not yet born receive love,
where the dying receive care,
where the lost find a home.
We pray to the Lord.

For singleness of heart, that our priorities and purpose place God first,
in our daily scheduling,
in our family’s choices,
in the way we spend our money and time.
We pray to the Lord.

For sincere love of neighbor, of our poor, of those society excludes,
and genuine love of self.
We pray to the Lord.

For neighborhoods that are safe,
for neighbors that care for the common good,
for a willingness to reach beyond division to inclusion.
We pray to the Lord.

For quiet, peace and serenity,
for time to play, pray and enjoy the gifts God has given us.
We pray to the Lord.

For all who have died,
