Free us from judgment, self-righteousness, and a quest for power and control.

to use their authority to serve your people,
with a preferential option for our poor, ill, elders and immigrants.

Protect your flock.
Destroy beliefs which oppress and bind.
End war, famine, domination, and terrorism.

Draw near to prisoners, the unemployed, the homeless and fearful.

When our world perpetuates lies, promotes injustice, or prefers corruption and deceit,
Unclutter our minds and unlock our ears to the truth of your gospel.
We pray to the Lord.
King of Love,
Transform our hearts.
Guide us to embrace your gift of diversity
and expand our vision that we may see and love all people as you do.
We pray to the Lord.
King of Glory,
Welcome all who have died,
