Fifth Sunday of Lent

For a Spirit of hope, of healing, of empathy and kindness in our Church.
We pray to the Lord.

For an end to war and an abiding peace with justice.
We pray to the Lord.

For forgiveness of our sins
And of those who have sinned against us and our world.
We pray to the Lord.

For openness to dream new dreams with the Lord,
For the courage to reach beyond convention to freedom in the gospel.
We pray to the Lord.

For all who this day know more pain than pleasure,
more sorrow than joy,
more judgment than compassion,
more exclusion than inclusion,
more hate than love
We pray to the Lord.

For all who have died
