Lord raised on high,
Bless your Church with power and courage
to give witness to your gospel of love in our world.
We pray to the Lord.

King of Kings,
End war, terror, and the threat of supreme dominance.
Guide all leaders of our world,
to govern with charity, humility, equality
and justice for our oppressed and poor.
We pray to the Lord.

Heart of Jesus,
Open our hearts,
that we may not stand idle
but work for justice and freedom for all.
We pray to the Lord.

Bread of Life,
Remove judgement, condemnation and bitterness from our communities.
Nourish us in ways of care, concern, and reconciliation.
We pray to the Lord.

Source of all Hope,
Enlighten our hearts and fill us with your wisdom
that we may find our hope in your gospel
especially in times of difficulty and darkness.
We pray to the Lord.

Fountain of Life,
Bring healing to the sick in body, mind or spirit,
and freedom to victims of domestic violence and human trafficking.
We pray to the Lord.

God of all Creation,
Teach us to enjoy the gift of nature,
and respect and preserve the earth and all its goodness.
We pray to the Lord.

Firstborn of the dead,
Lead (Insert names)
and all the departed into your reign of glory.
We pray to the Lord.
